About the Job: Sales Engineer
Support the wider sales team to win customers through advice, expertise, and proposals by combining deep technical knowledge with business-to-business sales skills
Deliver best-in-class customer experience by providing fast, high-quality assistance to customers throughout the sales process
Provide technical pre-sales assistance and input on discovery calls
Work with prospects and customers
Lead customer requirements discovery through calls, site visits, and data analysis
Build new sales tools and improve effective processes
Support sales in proposal development; build clear and concise presentations for executive-level audience
Provide technical expertise and highlight benefits in competitive scenarios
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, biology, or related fields
Strong understanding of biology research and related market
Excellent presentation skills with confidence to present and defend position to large, executive-level audiences
Solid sales and customer service instincts with a problem solving mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Systematic – You prefer to work within a structured process or environment and, therefore, strive to establish and develop systems for your work and the work of those around you
Entrepreneurial You are always looking for ways to solve problems and appreciate that it is up to us to go out and make things happen;
Detail-oriented You understand that the difference between something good and something great is attention to detail;

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
